Reach Out Network Mental Health Series - King's Mentality
The Reach Out [Network] [Virtual] Mental Health Series is designed to remind us about the symptoms of mental distress, share best practices for self-care during the pandemic, and provide community resources and tips for having difficult conversations with loved ones. Reach Out Network wants to equip the community with the necessary tools to improve wellness. Its members realize stronger individuals create stronger families that build up stronger communities.
